Westlake Park is one of West Austin’s more established neighborhoods, with most of the construction taking place in the late 1950s and early 1960s. Though most of the interiors have been completely redone (sometimes more than once), the exteriors still resemble the classic 1950s and 1960s ranchers we’ve all seen. Homes aren’t huge, so they are an especially great value when you look at the neighborhood’s location.
