Estancia is a gated community located at Puyear Rd and 35 in Southwest Austin. Building started in late 2013 and is expected to continue for a while as there will be 385 homes at build out. Built exclusively by Lennar Homes, Estaancia will have a private streets, community park, walking trails, community pool with kids’ splash pad, outdoor kitchen and fire-pit at the entrance to the community. HOA dues are estimated at $650 annually. Lennar will build two collections of homes, the Brookstone and the Vista. The Brookstone will have homes priced 1,600-2,821 sqft.
