One of the few west of 35 neighborhoods with new construction, Brentwood Villas homes are legally condos, but live like single family homes. Lots are small, so they are ideal for someone who doesn’t want to bother with yard work. At build out, the neighborhood will have 83 homes that range in size from 1,304-2,708sqft. Though they are no amenities, the neighborhood is minutes from Mary Moore Searight Metropolitan Park, which has a 30 acre park with playground, disc golf, sports courts, trails and an off leash dog park. Residents are also minutes from Southpark Meadows, which has a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options.
