Belterra’s Aspen Hills

Aspen Hills is one of Belterra’s pocket neighborhoods. The neighborhood is on the east corner of the neighborhood near Nutty Brown Road and just southeast of the Palisades neighborhood. The Aspen Hills section of Belterra is surrounded by green space, a park with a playground, a pond and within walking distance of the recreation center. The main builder in this pocket of Belterra is Highland Homes with Newmark and Wilshire also building there as well. The first homes in Aspen Hills were built in 2004 and closed out at around 2013, with a few homes built after. The homes are on some of the larger lots in Belterra with lots between ⅓ to ½ acre. Homes in Aspen Hills can range from 4-6 bedrooms, 3-6 bathrooms and 3,200- 4,800 square feet.
