Vizcaya is one of Round Rock’s newer neighborhoods and was developed and built by Taylor Morrison. Vizcaya is separated into several sections and one section, Heritage at Vizcaya, is for active adults aged 55 or better. Lots are 53′ (Villas), 63′ (Enclave) or 73′ (Estates) wide, giving some options for someone looking to have a little bit more space between their neighbors. The first homes sold in 2015 and build out is just about complete today (October 2022). Amenities are vast and include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, tennis courts and hike and bike trails.
