Dove Creek is one of Round Rock’s hidden gems. Built in the mid-late 1970s and early 1980s, homes range in size from 1,100-2,300 sqft and lots range from 1/4-3/4 of an acre. The neighborhood has some hills, which is definitely unique in that most Round Rock neighborhoods are flat. Many of the lots have several mature trees, which, along with the creek that meanders along the outside of the neighborhood, gives Dove Creek a park like feel. There is no HOA, so residents do have some flexibility with how they use their properties. Plus, Dove Creek is within walking distance to downtown Round Rock giving neighbors a more urban style of living without the noise and congestion.
