GreatSchools and the Texas Education Agency measure different things, which is worth knowing before comparing schools. GreatSchools weighs test performance against schools serving similar student populations. The Texas Education Agency’s rating, below, is the state’s own official measurement and the one used for school accountability purposes.
Enrollment and campus history from Pflugerville ISD’s 2025-26 campus profiles and school construction history; student-teacher ratio from the Texas Tribune’s Public Schools Explorer (2025 data). Principal, hours, and mascot from Pflugerville ISD and the Delco Elementary website.
The school is named for the Honorable Wilhelmina Delco, who was elected to the Texas Legislature in 1974 and served twenty years as a state representative. At the school’s dedication, she spelled out the values she hoped students would carry, using the letters of her name: Discipline, Education, Learning and Love, Creativity and Caring, and Opportunity.
Academic Performance: Texas Education Agency Accountability Rating
In TEA’s 2025-26 accountability ratings, updated in September 2026, Wilhelmina Delco Elementary earned an overall D with a score of 64, down from a B (86) the year before. Delco’s ratings have swung widely in recent years, from a B in 2021-22 to D ratings in 2022-23 and 2023-24, back up to a B in 2024-25, and down to a D again in 2025-26. Delco Elementary Attendance Zone Map
The map above shows where the Delco Elementary campus sits. To confirm whether a specific home address is zoned to Delco, use Pflugerville ISD’s official address lookup: Pflugerville ISD Find My School Map.
Under Pflugerville ISD’s 2025-26 boundary map, Delco’s zone is a compact area along Dessau Road south of Howard Lane, and single-family homes make up only a small part of it. Those homes are in the newer sections of Harris Ridge, Phase 3 Sections 1 and 2 and Phase 4, on streets such as Bradbury Lane, Dexford Drive, Blaine Road, Latchwood Lane, Serafy Court, Danbrook Cove, Collindale Cove, and Descartes Cove. The older sections of Harris Ridge, including Phases 1 and 2 and the Park and Enclave at Harris Ridge, are zoned to Dessau Elementary, and nearby Fort Dessau is split between Barron and Wieland Elementary.
Delco Elementary and the 2027-28 Rezoning
Pflugerville ISD’s board voted in May 2026 to close Dessau, Parmer Lane, Pflugerville, and Windermere Elementary Schools after the 2026-27 school year. Delco is not closing. It is expected to be one of the main receiving schools for Dessau Elementary students. Delco has room for about 800 students and is currently about half full, and the district projected its enrollment would keep falling without a change.
- Draft Map 5: Most of the current Dessau Elementary zone moves to Delco, with the rest going to Wieland Elementary. A small number of Pflugerville Elementary students would also move to Delco.
- Draft Map 9: Most of the Dessau zone moves to Wieland instead, with a smaller share going to Delco.
Either way, neighborhoods now zoned to Dessau Elementary, such as Greenwood, Cantarra Meadow, Upper East End, Edgebrooke, and the older sections of Harris Ridge, could be zoned to Delco starting in fall 2027. The district’s rezoning task force is expected to bring its recommendation to the board in late fall 2026, with new boundaries finalized before winter break and taking effect for 2027-28. See our Dessau Elementary page for more on the closure.

Homes Zoned to Delco Elementary: Market Stats
Here is what actually happened in Delco Elementary’s current attendance zone over the past four years, pulled directly from Unlock MLS for single-family homes in Pflugerville ISD and checked address by address against the district’s 2025-26 boundary map. Every one of these sales was in the Phase 3 and Phase 4 sections of Harris Ridge. Very few listings carry a Delco school tag in the MLS, and some that do are in other zones, so these figures come from the boundary map rather than the MLS school field.
3-Year Closed Sales Trend
| Period | Homes Sold | Median Sale Price | Median $/Sq Ft | Sale-to-List Ratio | Median Days on Market |
| Sept 2022 – Aug 2023 | 4 | $435,208 | $197.55 | 98.8% | 24 days |
| Sept 2023 – Aug 2024 | 6 | $420,000 | $179.32 | 96.5% | 12 days |

| Trailing 12 Months (Sept 2025 – Aug 2026) | 4 | $408,500 | $163.57 | 96.0% | 92 days |
Data sourced from Unlock MLS. Statistics deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Only a handful of single-family homes sell in this zone each year, so each period’s medians are based on four to six sales and can swing sharply from one year to the next. Read them as a general range rather than a precise trend.
With only 18 single-family sales in four years, Delco’s zone is one of the smallest resale markets in Pflugerville ISD. Those homes, built between 1998 and 2001 with a median of about 2,150 square feet, sold for a median of about $414,000 over the full four years, ranging from $258,000 to $535,000. The trailing-twelve-month median of $408,500 is about 6% below 2022-23, roughly in line with the wider area, but the four homes that sold in the past year took a median of 92 days to sell, and sellers accepted about 96% of list price.
Current Inventory Snapshot
As of October 4, 2026
| Status | Count | Median List Price | Median Days on Market |
| Active | 6 | $339,950 | 29 days |
| Active Under Contract | 0 | — | — |
| Pending | 1 | $387,000 | 179 days |
Data sourced from Unlock MLS. Statistics deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Same boundary check as above.
Six homes are currently for sale in the Delco zone, more than the zone usually sells in a full year, so buyers here have time and room to negotiate. The median active list price of $339,950 is well below recent sale prices, partly because several of the current listings are smaller homes on Blaine Road and Bradbury Lane.

Under the 2025-26 boundary map, the only single-family neighborhood zoned to Delco Elementary is the newer part of Harris Ridge: Phase 3 Sections 1 and 2 and Phase 4, built from 1998 to 2001.
