Tanglewood Estates was built by David Weekley Homes in the early 1990s. Homes are on the larger side, many of them being 3,000sqft and are located in one of Austin’s most highly sought after school zones, Spicewood Elementary, Canyon Vista Middle and Westwood High School. Residents are drawn to Tanglewood Estates because of its mature tree-lined streets, rolling hills and homes that are old enough to have a unique look, but not old enough where they are outdated.
