Rancho Sienna Elementary Is Expanding to 1,000 Students
In November 2025, the Liberty Hill ISD board approved expansions at three elementary schools, Rancho Sienna, Santa Rita, and Bill Burden, raising each from an 800-student design capacity to 1,000. Rancho Sienna had about 757 students at the time, so it was already close to its original capacity.
Core Construction was selected as construction manager for the Rancho Sienna project, with an estimated budget of about $7 million and completion planned by August 2027. The schematic design, approved by the board on February 16, 2026, adds a stacked five-classroom wing plus flexible common and library space. Pfluger Architects designed both the Rancho Sienna and Santa Rita Elementary additions.
The attendance zone did not change in the 2026-27 rezoning. The district’s February 2026 boundary announcement lists Rancho Sienna as the same boundary as before. Liberty Hill ISD plans another boundary review in spring 2027, ahead of Saddleback Elementary opening in August 2027, so check the district’s school locator again before you buy if your timeline runs into the 2027-28 school year.

Academic Performance: Texas Education Agency Accountability Rating
In TEA’s 2025-26 accountability ratings, released in August 2026, Rancho Sienna Elementary earned an overall A with a score of 91, up from 90 in 2024-25. It was one of only three Liberty Hill ISD campuses rated A this year. The district as a whole earned a B (85).
- Overall TEA Rating (2025-26): A (91)
- Student Achievement: A, 92 out of 100 (based on STAAR performance)
- School Progress: B, 88 out of 100 (Academic Growth B/88, Relative Performance C/73)

Rancho Sienna’s strongest area is Student Achievement, the share of students meeting STAAR standards. Its School Progress score is driven by Academic Growth, how much students improve year over year. Rancho Sienna Elementary Attendance Zone Map
The map above shows where the Rancho Sienna Elementary campus sits. For 2026-27, its attendance zone covers the eastern edge of Liberty Hill ISD near Ronald Reagan Blvd. and SH 29, in the area with Georgetown mailing addresses. It includes Rancho Sienna, Lively Ranch, Gabriels Overlook, Ridge at Cross Creek, Bluffview, the Liberty Hill ISD part of Cimarron Hills, and acreage tracts such as Middle Gabriel Estates, Cedar Hollow Crossing, and Lost River Ranches. To confirm whether a specific address is zoned to Rancho Sienna Elementary, use the district’s official address lookup: Liberty Hill ISD school locator.
Some nearby homes are zoned elsewhere. Most of Oaks at San Gabriel is zoned to Bar W Elementary, with only a small corner in the Rancho Sienna zone. About half of Cimarron Hills and part of Ridge at Cross Creek fall outside Liberty Hill ISD entirely, so confirm the school district as well as the school for any home in those neighborhoods. The Rancho Sienna boundary did not change for 2026-27, but the district plans another boundary review in spring 2027.
Homes Zoned to Rancho Sienna Elementary: Market Stats
Here is what actually happened in Rancho Sienna Elementary’s attendance zone over the past four years. The figures cover single-family homes in Liberty Hill ISD sold through Unlock MLS whose addresses fall inside the official 2026-27 Rancho Sienna Elementary attendance zone. We geocoded every Liberty Hill ISD sale and tested its address against the district’s own 2026-27 boundary map instead of relying on the school name typed into each listing. That matters here because LHISD redrew its attendance zones for 2026-27, so many older listings carry school names that no longer apply. Most of these sales were in Rancho Sienna and Lively Ranch, with smaller numbers in Gabriels Overlook, Ridge at Cross Creek, and Cimarron Hills.
