Louine Noble Elementary is in the Liberty Hill ISD and earned a 7/10 rating from Great School’s as of October 2026. The campus is at 101 Loop 332 in Liberty Hill (78642). For 2026-27 it plays a temporary role: it hosts kindergarten through 5th grade for students zoned to the future Saddleback Elementary, plus every Pre-K student in Liberty Hill ISD. When Saddleback Elementary opens in August 2027, Noble becomes a Pre-K-only early learning center, and homes zoned to Noble for K–5 move to Saddleback. This page explains that change, then covers the school’s ratings and programs, the 2026-27 zone, the neighborhoods in it, feeder schools, and real closed-sales data for homes in the zone from Unlock MLS.

Louine Noble Is a Transition Campus for 2026-27
Louine Noble’s role changed with the attendance boundaries the Liberty Hill ISD board adopted on February 16, 2026. Through 2025-26, Noble was a neighborhood elementary for the Liberty Hill core near the campus. Those areas are now zoned to Liberty Hill Elementary, Bill Burden Elementary and the new Lariat Trails Elementary. For 2026-27, Noble serves two groups:
Kindergarten through 5th grade for the future Saddleback zone. This covers Liberty Hill ISD territory east of US 183 and north of the main Santa Rita Ranch sections, including Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch, Rancho Santa Fe, Tesoro, Ancient Oaks, Northfork, North San Gabriel River Ranch, the northwest sections of Santa Rita Ranch, and the CR 258 and FM 3405 corridors. These students attend Noble while Saddleback Elementary is under construction.
All Liberty Hill ISD Pre-K. Starting in 2026-27, every Pre-K class in the district, along with Early Childhood Special Education, meets at Noble, which runs Pre-K as the Louine Noble Early Learning Center. Pre-K students come from every zone in the district and keep a slightly earlier schedule, 7:15 a.m. to 2:45 p.m.
What changes in 2027-28. Saddleback Elementary, Liberty Hill ISD’s ninth elementary, broke ground in May 2026 on a 13.5-acre site at Tower Rd. and the future Saddleback Pkwy. near CR 258, inside the Saddleback community at Santa Rita Ranch. It is a two-story, roughly 113,000-square-foot campus designed for 1,000 students and is scheduled to open in August 2027. When it opens, Noble’s K–5 students move to Saddleback, and Noble becomes the Pre-K-only Noble Early Learning Center.
If you’re buying in this zone, plan around Saddleback Elementary for any child who will be in kindergarten through 5th grade in 2027-28 or later. Saddleback’s exact 2027-28 boundary isn’t final. LHISD plans a boundary review in spring 2027, and earlier proposals discussed Saddleback also serving more of Santa Rita Ranch and the Grand Oaks area, so check the LHISD School Locator again once 2027-28 zones are adopted. We’ll update this page when they are.

The school is named for Louine Noble, a longtime Liberty Hill ISD educator who was the district’s elementary principal from 1976 to 1987 and superintendent from 1987 to 1991. The board renamed the former Liberty Hill Intermediate School campus for her in December 2020, and it reopened as an elementary in fall 2021. The enrollment and staffing figures above are from 2025-26, when Noble served a different neighborhood zone, so they don’t describe this year’s mix of Saddleback-zone K–5 students and district-wide Pre-K. GreatSchools and TEA measure different things. GreatSchools weighs test results against schools with similar student populations, while TEA’s rating, below, is the state’s official accountability measure.
Academic Performance: Texas Education Agency Accountability Rating
In TEA’s 2025-26 accountability ratings, released in August 2026, Louine Noble Elementary earned an overall B with a score of 88. That is up 8 points from a B (80) in 2024-25, the largest gain of any Liberty Hill ISD campus this year, and the campus earned a Top 25% distinction for Comparative Academic Growth. Keep in mind that this rating reflects the students Noble served in 2025-26, under its old neighborhood zone near downtown Liberty Hill, not the Saddleback-zone students it serves in 2026-27.
- Overall TEA Rating (2025-26): B (88)
- Student Achievement: B, 89 out of 100 (based on STAAR performance)
- School Progress: B, 87 out of 100 (Academic Growth B/87, Relative Performance C/74)
- Closing the Gaps: B, 84 out of 100
- Distinction: Top 25% Comparative Academic Growth
- Prior Overall Ratings: C (79) in 2021-22, B (86) in 2022-23, B (85) in 2023-24, B (80) in 2024-25
Under TEA’s scale, an A reflects exemplary performance, B is recognized, C is acceptable, D needs improvement, and F is unacceptable. Noble improved in every category in 2025-26 and has earned the Top 25% Comparative Academic Growth distinction three times (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2025-26), plus Academic Achievement in Science distinctions in 2022-23 and 2023-24. The campus is not identified for state improvement support.

Louine Noble Elementary Attendance Zone Map
The Noble campus sits near downtown Liberty Hill, but its 2026-27 K–5 attendance zone is several miles east, across US 183. The zone is the future Saddleback Elementary zone: Liberty Hill ISD territory east of US 183 and west of Ronald Reagan Blvd., north of the main Santa Rita Ranch sections. It includes Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch, the northwest sections of Santa Rita Ranch, Rancho Santa Fe, Tesoro, Ancient Oaks, Northfork off CR 257, North San Gabriel River Ranch, Carrington Ranch, Sunny Slope, Wild Country Ranch, Rio Ranch, and homes along CR 258 and FM 3405 and around Seward Junction. To confirm whether a specific address is zoned to Noble for 2026-27, use Liberty Hill ISD’s official address lookup: LHISD School Locator. The locator labels this zone Louine Noble Elementary (Saddleback 2027-28).
Most of Santa Rita Ranch is zoned elsewhere: the main sections go to Tierra Rosa Elementary and Santa Rita Ranch South goes to Santa Rita Elementary. Beltorre and the Villa Torre section are split between Liberty Hill ISD and Georgetown ISD, and only the Liberty Hill ISD part is zoned to Noble. The district’s approved list put the Eldorado area of Santa Rita Ranch at Santa Rita Elementary, but some Eldorado Pass addresses fall inside the Noble zone on the district’s map, so check those by address. Wildleaf and Grand Oaks, also east of US 183, are zoned to Bill Burden Elementary. Remember that this whole K–5 zone moves to Saddleback Elementary in 2027-28, and LHISD plans another boundary review in spring 2027, so zones can change again for 2027-28.
Homes Zoned to Louine Noble Elementary: Market Stats
The figures below cover single-family homes in Liberty Hill ISD sold through Unlock MLS whose addresses fall inside Louine Noble Elementary’s official 2026-27 attendance zone. Rather than relying on the school name typed into each listing, we geocoded every LHISD sale and tested it against the district’s own boundary map. That matters here because LHISD redrew its elementary boundaries for 2026-27, so older listings often carry the old school names. The table covers homes inside the current Noble K–5 zone east of US 183, which becomes the Saddleback Elementary zone in 2027-28, not the old Noble neighborhoods near downtown Liberty Hill. The zone’s largest neighborhoods include Rancho Santa Fe, Tesoro, Saddleback at Santa Rita Ranch and the northwest sections of Santa Rita Ranch.
3-Year Closed Sales Trend
| Period | Homes Sold | Median Sale Price | Median $/Sq Ft | Sale-to-List Ratio | Median Days on Market |
| Sept 2022 – Aug 2023 | 45 | $853,990 | $274.74 | 96.0% | 107 days |
| Sept 2023 – Aug 2024 | 93 | $621,500 | $233.10 | 97.4% | 78 days |
| Sept 2024 – Aug 2025 | 87 | $558,000 | $208.25 | 98.0% | 86 days |
| Trailing 12 Months (Sept 2025 – Aug 2026) | 79 | $500,000 | $181.15 | 96.6% | 78 days |
Data sourced from Unlock MLS. Statistics deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Single-family homes only. Each sale was geocoded and matched to Liberty Hill ISD’s official 2026-27 attendance-zone boundaries, so the figures reflect today’s zone rather than the school name typed into each listing; 49 Liberty Hill ISD listings that fell outside every district zone, and a small number that could not be located precisely, were left out.
The median sale price for homes in the Louine Noble Elementary zone has fallen, from $853,990 in 2022-23 to $500,000 over the trailing twelve months, a change of about 41.5%. Median price per square foot moved from $274.74 to $181.15 (-34.1%), so the per-foot picture is softer than three years ago.
Sales volume went from 45 homes in 2022-23 to 79 in the past twelve months. Median days on market fell from 107 to 78 days, and sellers received a median of 96.6% of their final list price over the past year.
Keep the mix of homes in mind when reading these numbers. In 2022-23, most homes that sold in this zone were acreage properties, with a median lot of about one acre. Since then, smaller-lot new construction in Santa Rita Ranch and Saddleback has made up most sales, with a median lot of under a quarter acre. Much of the drop in the median sale price reflects that shift rather than a like-for-like decline in values.
