Ridgewood Neighborhood Guide

Ridgewood is split into two sections divided by Crystal Falls Pky, Ridgewood North and Ridgewood South. Ridgewood North was built by Lennar Homes and Ridgewood South was built by Lennar and Gehan Homes in the early-mid 2000s. The neighborhood’s community park, pool and walking trails are located in Ridgewood South and Ridgewood North residents do have access to them. Ridgewood homes range in size from 1,300-3,500sqft with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-2.5 bathrooms. Inside many of the homes, you’ll find open, 1-2 story floor plans, wood burning fireplaces and hard floors. Some of the homes have been updated with things like granite counters and stainless steel appliances, but most have the original white appliances.
