Kyle’s newest master planned community, Anthem will have 1,500 homes over 422 acres when it’s completely built out. The site plan shows many interconnected greenbelts and parks, giving residents options for longer hikes without leaving the neighborhood. There is also a plan for an on-site elementary school, which will make it much like Plum Creek and is sure to be a big draw for families with younger kids. The three builders in the neighborhood have a variety of floor plans to choose from ranging from 1,610 – 4,130 sqft with Gehan building both the smallest and largest homes in the community. Architectural style ranges from traditional with brick and stone exterior and composition gable style roofs to a more modern look with stucco, HardiPlank siding and angled roofs. Inside you’ll find open floor plans, large living spaces, gourmet kitchens, and upgraded finishes.
