Breaking ground in 2019, 6 Creeks is one of Kyle’s newest and most highly sought after communities currently (July 2022) being developed by Taylor Morrison Homes, Perry Homes, M/I Homes, Highland Homes and Coventry Homes. Located off Old Stagecoach Road, 6 Creeks is one of the few newer communities in Kyle to have a west side location. The west side of Kyle is further along in development, so you’ll have easier access to shopping, dining and amenities. Lots are fairly good sized, with most of them below 1/5 of an acre, so they are manageable to maintain. At build out, the neighborhood will have just over 2,000 homes on 50′, 55′, 65′ and 70′-80′ lots and a few garden homes as well.
