Built from 2002 to 2017, Legends of Hutto is one of Hutto’s larger communities. Located on the southwest corner of 1660 and 79, Legends of Hutto residents have one of the easiest commutes from Hutto. There is an HOA and the fee is $20/month, which covers common area maintenance and the community park with playscape and swings. Lot sizes are a bit bigger than some of the brand new communities with most lots falling between 0.17-0.28 acres. Larger lots mean more space between the houses and less chance you feel like you’re sitting in your neighbors backyard. Trees in the older section are more mature and it does give that section a more natural feel. Homes range in size from 1,335-3,735 sqft so there is something for someone in every stage of life.
