Tobias Elementary Attendance Zone Map
Tobias’s zone covers established neighborhoods in Kyle (78640), including Cool Springs, Waterleaf, Post Oak, Four Seasons Farm, Woodlands Park, Brookside and Creekside. Most of the housing predates the recent building wave: the median home sold in the zone was built in 2014, and about 18.8% of sales were homes built in 2022 or later. The zone was not changed in Hays CISD’s January 2026 rezoning.
Hays CISD is still growing, with an 18th elementary school projected to open around August 2028 and a 4th high school and 7th middle school now planned for 2030, so later boundary changes are possible. Because the Tobias zone splits between two middle and high school paths, confirm any address with Hays CISD’s interactive attendance zone map before buying.
