When our sale fell through after an appraiser significantly undervalued our home, she supported our decision to decline the lower offer and encouraged us to relist. She did a complete analysis of sales in the area (comps) and helped us develop our offer price. She was also invaluable at sorting through the inspection reports and helping us identify the most important issues and fighting for us to get those resolved.
