The nearest golf course to West Cave Estates is in Bee Cave at the Falconhead Golf Course. Falconhead is one of Austin’s most popular public courses and has beautiful Texas Hill Country scenery. For a country club atmosphere, try The Hills Lakeway where membership will get you access to 4 courses.

If you like sailing and boating, you’ll love Lake Travis which is about 20 minutes away. You can water ski or sail almost every month of the year. If its Fall and its a Friday night, check out Lake Travis High School Football. They are a great team and they draw a huge crowd every Friday. If you like to play tennis, there is no better facility than the World of Tennis in Lakeway.

For Mexican food and something a little bit closer to home, try Verde’s Mexican Parrilla. They have good food and good service. For Chinese, try Pao’s Mandarin House on 620. For a wine bar and fun night out, try the Trading Post Wine Bar and Grill at the Hill Country Galleria. The owners are very knowledgeable and they have an awesome wine list. For steak and sushi try Mizu on 620.
Shopping Near West Cave Estates
If you like to shop, West Cave Estates is your ideal Dripping Springs neighborhood. Just about 10 minutes from the Hill Country Galleria, you’ll find everything from upscale retailers to Marshalls and sporting goods stores. There’s also an H-E-B where you can get your groceries and the rumor is they are planning on putting a Whole Foods there as well. For other household items, there is a Target as well.
Where to Work Out – Gyms Near West Cave Estates
To workout, you have a few options. For a national chain, try Gold’s Gym in Bee Cave. They have tons of cardio and weight equipment as well as free group fitness classes. For a 24/7 gym try Anytime Fitness at 620 and Falconhead Blvd. For something a little different, but effective, try CrossFit Lakeway.
