Vistancia is a community of luxury homes on estate sized, 1 acre lots. Built by Ashton Woods Homes beginning in 2014 and now Vintage Estates Homes, the neighborhood will have about 79 homes at build out. Both builders are known for a more modern leaning finish out with their homes, but do have some traditional options as well. There is a mandatory membership in an HOA, which is only $48/month as of March 2022. Along with it’s low, 1.7993% tax rate, fees in Vistancia are some of the lowest around. Vistancia is one of the closest neighborhoods you can get to Austin that have 1 acre home sites, especially in the $700k’s, making it a very popular choice for home buyers looking for new construction, but don’t want a postage stamp lot.
