Built by Meritage Homes in 2017 and early 2018, Texas Heritage Village is one of Dripping Springs’ most affordable, new communities. One and two story floor plans range in size from 1,638 – 2,468 square feet and sit on small, manageable 35’-45’ wide lots, making it ideal for someone who likes the Dripping Springs area, but doesn’t want to spend their lives doing yard work. Meritage was the only builder in the community, so you’ll find a lot of similar finish outs from house to house. The neighborhood itself has a park and hike/bike trail and is located adjacent to public Founders Park, which has a pool, playgrounds, football/soccer fields, covered pavilion and 0.71 mile walking trail. So, though you won’t have a community pool at Teas Heritage Village, you’ll be within a minute or two from the public pool, giving you an option you don’t have to pay monthly for.
