Developed by Sutton Company, Brazos Lofts was converted from the Capitol Chevrolet Building built in 1925 to the popular Brazos Lofts in 1999. Dick Clark Architecture worked on this project and are responsible for making this building one of the most authentic loft style condos in all of Austin. There are 6 floor plans total, ranging from 1,033-3,300 sq ft and feature the high ceilings and exposed brick that most lofts are known for. Most of the units are on the first floor, so if you’re looking for minimal stairs, Brazos Lofts might be the place for you.
