It was built for 900 students with proceeds of a bond Del Valle ISD voters approved in March 2001, and it was the district’s seventh elementary campus. In 2025-26, 86.6% of Creedmoor’s students were economically disadvantaged, according to TEA, down from 93.9% in 2022-23. For 2026-27 the campus is led by principal Reyetos Valdez. GreatSchools and TEA measure different things. GreatSchools weighs test results against schools with similar student populations, while TEA’s rating, below, is the state’s official accountability measure.
Academic Performance: Texas Education Agency Accountability Rating
In TEA’s 2025-26 accountability ratings, released in August 2026, Creedmoor Elementary earned an overall D with a score of 61. That is down 12 points from a C (73) in 2024-25. Creedmoor was a B (84) in 2021-22, then fell to a D (69) in 2022-23 and an F (55) in 2023-24 before recovering to a C in 2024-25. Del Valle ISD as a whole earned a D (66) in 2025-26.
- Overall TEA Rating (2025-26): D (61)
- Student Achievement: D, 60 out of 100 (based on STAAR performance)
- School Progress: D, 66 out of 100 (Academic Growth D/63, Relative Performance D/66)
- Closing the Gaps: F, 48 out of 100
- Prior Overall Ratings: B (84) in 2021-22, D (69) in 2022-23, F (55) in 2023-24, C (73) in 2024-25
- Del Valle ISD (2025-26): D (66) district-wide
Under TEA’s scale, an A reflects exemplary performance, B is recognized, C is acceptable, D needs improvement, and F is unacceptable. The biggest change in 2025-26 was Closing the Gaps, which measures results for student groups: it fell from a C (79) to an F (48), and that is what pulled the overall score down to a D. School Progress was a D (66), with Academic Growth down from 71 to 63 and Relative Performance, which compares results with schools serving similar shares of economically disadvantaged students, up from 63 to 66. Student Achievement, the share of students meeting STAAR standards, rose slightly to a D (60) after three straight rated years of F grades. Creedmoor has earned no distinction designations in the past five rated years. TEA identified the campus for comprehensive support and improvement in 2025-26, as it did in 2023-24; in 2024-25 it was listed as a comprehensive support and improvement progress school.

Programs at Creedmoor Elementary
These are the programs Del Valle ISD and the Creedmoor campus list for this school. Creedmoor’s website mostly links to district programs and does not publish campus clubs or a PTA or PTO page, so ask the school directly if a specific activity matters to you.
- Two-Way Dual Language: Del Valle ISD offers its Two-Way Dual Language Immersion program at all of its elementary schools, including this one. The program’s first priority is emergent bilingual students learning English; a limited number of seats for incoming Pre-K and kindergarten students who speak a language other than Spanish at home are filled by application after a required parent meeting, and students must attend their zoned campus.
- ACE After-School Program: Creedmoor is one of the campuses with its own registration form for Del Valle ISD’s free ACE after-school program, which runs from dismissal to 6 p.m. for Pre-K through 8th grade with homework help, enrichment, dinner and bus transportation to hub stops. Enrollment priority goes to students who qualify for free or reduced lunch and have an academic need.
- Right At School: Del Valle ISD announced that Right At School, a fee-based on-site enrichment and care program, is available at all of its elementary campuses for 2026-27.
- Fine Arts: Creedmoor lists Del Valle ISD’s fine arts program under its services. At the elementary level the district program emphasizes music and visual arts, and the district has won the Texas Art Education Association District of Distinction award for visual arts several years running.
- Gifted & Talented: Creedmoor lists Del Valle ISD’s gifted and talented program under its services; referrals and nominations for students in grades K-12 go to the campus GT coordinator.
- La Tiendita Food Pantry: The campus calendar lists a La Tiendita food pantry for families on Friday mornings from 8 to 10 a.m.
- Family Engagement: Creedmoor hosts Cafecito with the Principal sessions for parents.

Creedmoor Elementary Attendance Zone Map
Creedmoor’s zone is a large, mostly rural area along FM 1327 south of Austin, covering Creedmoor and Mustang Ridge. Most home sales are in the 78610 zip code, with smaller numbers in 78747 and 78719. Nearly all recent sales are in new-construction subdivisions, led by Stallion Run, Durango, Schriber Ranch, Marble Creek Crossing and Willow Springs, along with Mustang Ridge Estates and Frontier.
Del Valle ISD released two rezoning proposals in April 2026, and as of October 2, 2026 no board adoption had been found. In both elementary options, Creedmoor would give up the northwest corner of its zone in the 78747 zip code, the area along Thaxton Rd, Sassman Rd, Wende Rd, Old Lockhart Hwy and FM 1625 near E Slaughter Ln, close to Easton Park, to Hillcrest Elementary. The rest of the zone would not change. The middle school split between Ojeda and Del Valle Middle School would stay roughly as it is, and both high school options keep Creedmoor at Del Valle High School. Students who will be in 5th grade in 2027-28 may finish at their current school under the district’s grandfathering policy, though transportation is generally not provided. Confirm any address with the Del Valle ISD school finder before buying.
