With all the new developments moving Downtown and throughout Central Austin, its become quite a desirable place to live. The scenery is often beautiful, location is great and it has a unique look. Beverly Hills is a small, pocket neighborhood in Central Austin’s Highland Park – West Balcones neighborhood. The Colorado Foothills is a small pocket neighborhood in Central Austin’s Highland Park – West Balcones neighborhood.
