Located in the prestigious Lake Travis ISD, Lakeway has several neighborhoods that are served by all Exemplary schools. TEA Ratings for 2010 gave Lake Travis Elementary and Hudson Bend Middle School a Recognized Rating while all other Lake Travis ISD schools received an Exemplary Rating. Quite a bit of Lakeway does attend Hudson Bend Middle School, which is the wild card when looking for neighborhoods with all Exemplary schools. To find homes with all Exemplary schools, you can search Lakeway as a whole and check to see which homes are in the Hudson Bend Middle School boundary, or you can search by neighborhood.

Rough Hollow was chosen as the host to Austin’s Parade of Homes two of the last three years and is an 1,800 acre waterfront community in Lakeway. With a yacht club and marina, private boat ramp, top rated schools, hike and bike trails and world class golf and tennis, Rough Hollow residents know how to play hard. Homes start in the high $200,000’s.
