Stonewood Commons is a West Buda neighborhood built exclusively by Pacesetter Homes. The 48 home neighborhood is located on an 11 acre tract adjacent to Saint Elizabeth Episcopal Church on 967, which is less than a mile from Downtown Buda. Site work began in November 2014 and homes started selling in the first quarter of 2015. Build out was complete in 2016. Home sizes range from 1,100-2,000sqft with 45’x130′ lots. Stonewood Commons residents are within walking distance to the restaurants, coffee shops (including my favorite Summermoon!), farmer’s market and festivals that occur throughout the year.
