Being one of Buda’s smaller neighborhoods, Shady Grove is also one of Buda’s best kept secrets. Located just off 967, Shady Grove homes sit on large, 0.6 acre lots with mature landscaping and trees. The neighborhood has no sidewalks, but the road is a dead end road, so you typically only see residents driving through. Homes were built in the 1990s, so you’ll see a more traditional finish out inside, unless homes have been updated. But, you’ll still see granite counters in the kitchen, open floor plans and thoughtful floor plans. Residents are drawn to Shady Grove because of its affordable HOA, no city of Buda taxes (which provides a significant savings compared to other neighborhoods that are located within the Buda city limits) and overall value for what you get.
