Built around 1900, Original Town is the oldest neighborhood in Buda. Located behind Main Street, Original Town homes are in a prime spot for someone wanting walkability in Buda. Because they were built quite some time ago, Original Town homes have character and are not like the cookie cutter track homes you see being built today. Not every home is well maintained, so you will find some that are in need of repair, but others have been maintained and would require very little to move in. The majority of the homes are smaller than 1,500 sq ft, so Original Town is not for someone needing 3,000 sq ft.
