Raymond Stoklosa is the Broker/Owner of Eleven Oaks Realty. He has been a respected authority in residential real estate since 1978, guiding buyers and sellers through decades of market cycles, rate shifts, and economic changes that most agents simply haven’t experienced.
A former real estate instructor, Raymond brings a genuine passion for education to every client relationship. With close attention to detail, he counsels clients toward well-informed decisions rather than quick ones. He takes particular pride in negotiating assertively for the people he represents.

Raymond holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designations from the National Association of Realtors, credentials held by fewer than 4% of agents in the industry. He is also a Certified Real Estate Buyer’s Broker (CREBB) and ePRO Certified.
Raymond is the Founder of the National Association of Real Estate Buyers’ Brokers. He championed the cause for Exclusive Buyer Representation in residential real estate and played a key role in the professional development of buyer brokerage as a specialization. His advocacy helped establish the standard that today’s home buyers have a professional committed exclusively to representing their interests.
He is the author of two real estate books, “A Consumer Guide to Residential Real Estate Transactions” and “Real Estate Valuations and Investments,” and the former host of KCBS NEWSRADIO-74’s “Real Estate News,” a listener call-in show focused on real estate matters heard throughout Northern California.
Raymond is an active member of the Austin Board of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the National Association of Real Estate Buyers’ Brokers, Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), and the Residential Sales Council (CRS) of NAR.
