Raymond has earned elite professional designations from the Certified Residential Specialists (CRS) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) of the National Association of Realtors held by fewer than 4% of the agents in the industry. He is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABS), Certified Real Estate Buyer’s Broker (CREBB) and ePRO Certified (ePRO).
Raymond is also the Founder of the National Association of Real Estate Buyers’ Brokers. He championed the cause for Exclusive Buyer Representation in residential real estate transactions and fostered the professional development of the specialization of Buyer Brokerage.
