A small neighborhood of homes built in the mid 2000s by KB Homes, Chisholm Crossing is a great place for someone looking for something established, but doesn’t want it to look run down. Homes in Chisholm Crossing are pretty well kept and architectural styles feature more brick and stone designs versus stucco and HardiPlank. Plus, most of the garage doors are painted something other than white, which always tends to make the house look more finished from the curb. Trees have matured, so you do have something to break up the closeness of the houses. Though there are no community amenities besides a park, the elementary and high schools are at opposite ends of the neighborhoods, making getting kids to and from school pretty easy in the morning. And, only a block off 79, Chisholm Crossing residents have easy access to get around Round Rock and to Austin if they need.
