Located off Wells Branch Parkway on either side of Dessau Road, Mountain Creek is one of Pflugerville’s more conveniently located communities for someone looking to commute to Austin. Built from the mid 1990s to early 2000s, homes sit on larger than average lots compared to new construction with most of them around 0.2-0.25 acres. Inside many of them have been updated with finishes you’d find in a newer home, so it’s possible to find something that looks brand new without having to sacrifice on yard space. You’ll also find some in more original condition, ready for a new owner to put their own touch on it. There is a mandatory HOA, but membership is minimal at only $150/year, so it won’t break the bank or be as intrusive as some other HOAs.
