Located just south of Highway 29 at the end of Main Street, Rosemont is a small neighborhood of homes built in the late 2010s by PNL Builders and Copper Ridge Signature Homes. Homes sit on manageable sized lots measuring about 0.17 acres and homes range in size from 1,650-2,719 sqft with most between 1,272 and 2,447 sqft. There aren’t too many mature trees in Rosemont, so it’s ideal for someone who doesn’t want to rake leaves or worry too much about landscaping. Inside homes are finished out at a higher level than what you’d expect in other area homes in this price and age range. Some of the homes even look like they could have been model homes with upgrades everywhere. You’ll also find open floorplans, granite or quartz counters, large center islands and grey and white tones. Being a small neighborhood of under 50 homes there are no amenities like a pool. But, you are only a few minutes from downtown Liberty Hill for a short drive or walk to the brewery, BBQ restaurant and stores.
