Ridgmart Landing is one of Leander’s few neighborhoods with acreage estate sized lots (2.5+ acres) where horses are allowed. Though the neighborhood definitely has a country feel, its proximity to the 183 toll road makes it ideal for someone who wants rural like living, but who still needs to commute and have access to other city amenities. Some of the lots have Brushy Creek frontage. There is no HOA in Ridgmar Landing, but there is an architectural committee that must approve building plans.
