Plum Creek is a 2,200 acre, mixed use, master planned community with golf course in Kyle. First built in 1997, Plum Creek has seen builders like Legacy (Meritage), DR Horton and Continental. The new phase is currently being developed by Homes by AVI, KB Homes and Bigelow Homes. With so many builders, you’ll definitely get variety in appearance and size (1,000-4,000sqft). Also, Plum Creek is full of amenities, and not just your standard pool and playground. You’ll find an 18 hole championship golf course, 150 acres of open space with small and large parks, a 30-acre catch and release fishing lake (Negley), two Junior Olympic size pools, a community center (free for residents to use with reservation) and a dog park.
