A small neighborhood on the west side of Georgetown’s River Ridge neighborhood, Riverview Estates is one of the city’s hidden gems. Built in the mid 1990s to early 2000s, Riverview Estates homes range in size from 1,500-4,800 sqft giving buyers a range of options to choose from. Lots also vary in size considerable with some as small as 0.13 acres and others as large as 0.86 acres. There are many mature trees, so the neighborhood feels more like a park than a neighborhood where all you see is house after house. There is no HOA, but the neighborhood is very well kept and tidy.
