The entire neighborhood is comprised of one loop, Olde Oak Drive, so there is minimal traffic through the neighborhood other than those who live there or visitors. There are many mature trees on the lots, giving residents shade and character. And, because the lots are spacious, the majority of the homes are larger one stories and you still don’t feel like you’re right on top of your neighbor.
