Maple Creek is one of the newer Georgetown communities. Located in southern Georgetown, Maple Creek is being built by KB Homes. The neighborhood is in the early stages of development (February 2022), but KB has said they will be building 14 different floorplans ranging from 1,360-2,898sqft. At build out, the neighborhood will have only 70 homes, so it will remain a manageable size for homeowners to navigate. But, that also means the amenities will be non-existent really, which is great if you wouldn’t use a community pool or park since you won’t have to help pay for it. And, located just off Westinghouse Road, you’ll have access to both Round Rock and Georgetown amenities and shopping.
