Scenic Point is a new community in East Austin built by local builder, Paradisa Homes. At build out, the neighborhood will have 50 homes and because of the way the land is sloped, many homes have unobstructed views of Downtown Austin. The neighborhood backs to greenbelt and also has access to the Walnut Creek Trail that leads to 7th Street. Paradisa Homes is a semi custom builder, so they will let you customize your home more than a national, production style builder. Given that level of flexibility, you won’t see the boring, cookie cutter homes you’ll see in other neighborhoods. Inside, you’ll find high end finishes and open floor plans.
