While the elementary schools are rated the same, the middle and high schools on the southwest side are rated higher than on the southeast side of town. There is definitely a push to expand and grow the east side of Austin. It will be interesting to watch and see how this area develops over the next several years. Texas is a non-disclosure state and therefore this is the extent of the info we can give out to the public as far as sales data is concerned.
