Beverly Hills Homes
The first development of Central Austin’s Beverly Hills neighborhood was in the mid 1950s. Many of the homes back to Bright Leaf Preserve, a 200 acre preserve within the city limits. Homes that back to the preserve have beautiful sunset views that you can enjoy from the large windows in your living room.
The original 1950s homes were built as ranch style homes. From the curb, the older homes may not be much to look at, but you have to go inside because you’ll likely be surprised at how nicely they’ve been updated. You’ll also find some very unique architectural designs, built in the mid to late 2000’s. These homes were designed by some of Austin’s best architects and have a more modern looking curb appeal.
The homes in Beverly Hills sit on 1/3 of an acre and range in size from 1,700 sq ft to 3,600 sq ft. You can expect to find 3-4 bedrooms and 3-4 bathrooms in most homes.

Things to Do Near Beverly Hills
Perry Park is a great place to go on the weekend. They have a picnic area, basketball court, soccer field, playground, two tennis courts and a trail.
Mayfield Park and Nature Preserve is another great park to go to hike or just watch the peacocks. Its one of Austin’s hidden gems.
Hike Mt Bonnell Park. Hike the 70 stairs to get a bird eye view of some of Austin’s finest real estate.
