Cypress Creek Neighborhood Guide

Built in the mid-late 1990s, Cypress Creek is one of Cedar Park’s more established neighborhoods. Homes sit on larger than average lots, average lot size is about 0.2 acres, so it feels like you have space between your neighbor. Homes range from 1,624-3,750 square feet with both one and two story floor plans. The majority have two car garages, but you will find some that have three car garages if you need more space. Inside you’ll find everything from homes in original 1990s style to something that’s been completely remodeled and updated with high end appliances, light fixtures and flooring. The streets are lined with mature trees, giving shade and a sense of nature within the neighborhood. Outside you can expect mostly brick and stone exteriors with some stucco and siding, but only for accent. Inside, you can expect everything from a completely remodeled house with more modern leaning finishes to homes that still have their original 1990s finishes. There is an HOA and residents enjoy access to a community park, pool, kids playground and sidewalks. And, the neighborhood backs to Cedar Park High school, making it convenient for someone living with high school aged kids who will be attending public school.
